The shortest ferrata on this list and the closest to the Polish border: the Kočičí kameny crag stands above Bílý Potok in the Jizera Mountains, some 20 km from Świeradów-Zdrój. Seventy metres of route and 25 metres of gain take ten minutes, but the climbing runs up a smooth granite slab — it holds on friction, not on rungs. Halfway up there is a crack to rest in, and below the summit the route splits: one branch ends at a railed viewpoint, the other goes over the top. The municipality built it in 2014 and keeps it free.
The Czech Wikipedia lists B, ferrata guidebooks B/C — we take the higher of the two. The difficulty sits in the last four metres: steep and without holds.
