Ferrata del Procinto — via ferrata in Stazzema

Alpi Apuane · Stazzema, Toscana

Climbs Monte Procinto, a distinctive rock tower of the Apuan Alps, on a route carved into the rock in 1890 by the Florence section of CAI; the long entrance ladder has existed since 1954. Technically not very demanding but very exposed — more a landscape experience than a climbing one.
