Detská via ferrata Čingov — via ferrata in Spišské Tomášovce

Słowacki Raj · Spišské Tomášovce, Košický Region

The easiest ferrata on this list and the only one graded A: seventy-seven metres above Čingov on the edge of the Slovak Paradise, fifteen minutes up and fifteen down. The route leads to two caves and is meant as a six-year-old’s first meeting with a lanyard — but the gear rules are the same as on Kyseľ ten kilometres away. A good warm-up before the gorge if you have come to the Paradise with children and want to see whether they take to it at all.
