Poziom 450 occupies the grounds of the former Sosnowiec coal mine on Narutowicza and is one of the largest venues in the region: around 1,600 m² of climbing surface, up to 13 metres high, 50 belay stations and over 150 routes. The bouldering area covers roughly 600 m², split between a lower section and a newer upstairs zone.
The hours are generous: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 07:00, Saturdays from 08:00 and Sundays from 09:30 — closing at 22:00–22:30 daily. Although it is sometimes marketed as a “Katowice” gym, it is physically located in Sosnowiec.
