Data sources

The Jura pilot (Dolina Będkowska, Wąwóz Ostryszni and Dolina Kobylańska: region, sector and rock pages) combines three independent, openly licensed sources. Each is cited again at the point where it is used — this page just lists them all in one place.

Routes

Fundacja WSPINKA, topo.wspinka.org — CC BY-SA 3.0. Route names, grades, protection and pitch data.

From WSPINKA we take, for each rock page: route names and numbers, grades, protection, pitches, route length and the link to the rock page. Everything else on a rock page (layout, summaries, histograms, photos, access status, reports) is our own work and is not WSPINKA data. Each rock page links back to its WSPINKA page, and the foundation itself is at wspinka.org.

Wąwóz Ostryszni and Dolina Kobylańska

In Wąwóz Ostryszni and Dolina Kobylańska the routes and rock coordinates also come from Fundacja WSPINKA (topo.wspinka.org, CC BY-SA 3.0); the order of rocks follows the region page there. A preliminary check of nature protection forms uses open data of the General Directorate for Environmental Protection (GDOŚ, sdi.gdos.gov.pl); these data are not a legal determination of borders, so access status is shown as “to be confirmed” until the park rules are verified.

Rock and sector facts

Portal Górski, topo.portalgorski.pl. Sector boundaries, GPS coordinates, height ranges, aspect, approach time and rock formations — to be verified in the field, see the region page.

Photos

Wikimedia Commons, commons.wikimedia.org. Only CC BY, CC BY-SA and public-domain photos are used. Author and exact licence are shown under each photo, with a link to the original file.

⚠️ Route counts and grades sometimes differ between WSPINKA and Portal Górski — rocks with such a difference are annotated on their page.
