Gliwice combines two extremes. Chwyciarnia inside the PreZero Arena on Akademicka is a large, modern venue with bouldering and rope climbing, open from 09:00 to 23:00. The wall run by the mountaineering club at Zwycięstwa 1 is, in turn, the oldest climbing wall in Poland — built in the 1980s inside a disused lift shaft.
